Abstract

Technology continues to experience developments following the ever-increasing economic pace in the world.  Processes that are carried out manually will then be replaced with machine technology that is more effective and efficient and has a minimal human error.  One system or technology that can be used is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. ERP is a management information system that can help achieve company goals optimally, effectively and efficiently, as well as provide accurate results based on the concept of best practices and data integration. Multi Snack Semarang is a snack business located on Jl.  Banteng Utara 3 No.  13, Semarang.  In managing its business, Multisnack has not used adequate supporting media or software, so several obstacles emerged, such as invalid sales reports.  To overcome this, a system or application is needed to operate the existing process, namely with a Point of Sales (PoS) and Website using the Odoo ERP application to support the business of implementing the PoS system. The implementation of PoS system and website can improve business processes carried out using digital technology, so that problems that previously occurred at Multi Snack can be resolved more effectively and efficiently.
