This study employs secondary data sourced from real estate businesses that are publicly listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period spanning from 2019 to 2022. The study collected a total of 52 annual financial reports from 13 organizations between the years 2019 and 2022, using selective sampling. The present study employed logistic regression analysis with the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software to analyze the data. The single index method is a simplified method of the index model developed by Markowitz. This single index method explains the relationship between the return of each individual security and the market index return based on the observation of fluctuations in stock prices in line with the market price index. The research method used is qualitative method by analyzing the numbers or numerical in LQ45 stocks by visiting the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Yahoo Finance, and BI and the number of samples used is eight companies using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there are five out of eight companies that have optimal portfolios. The optimal companies are PT Indotambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG), PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY), PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), and PT Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO) with an optimal portfolio return of 0.0463 or 4.63% and an optimal portfolio risk of 0.0073 or 0.73%. The t test is used to test the significance of variations in the relationship between variables X and Y, whether variable X has a partial effect on variable Y (sales volume). Meanwhile, the F test is to determine the simultaneous effect. In this research, SPSS software program tools were used to simplify the research data processing process. Reliability and validity tests were carried out to test the questionnaire. This research proves the influence of distribution channels and product quality on sales volume among farmer groups in Sampang. The research was carried out from October 2022 to March 2023. This research is quantitative research with a total of 65 respondents and the sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows.</em> <em>The results of this research show that all variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on performance as evidenced by the F test results which have a value of 0.598. The sample population for this study is the Yogyakarta Istimewa people who have used or are currently using Samsung pen drives. Sampling technique is used to collect data, and kuisoner is used as a tool to collect data with 120 respondents. The nature of this research is qualitative. Every study shows that real estate brokers, lifestyle bloggers, brand ambassadors, and product quality specialists all have a favorable and substantial impact on consumers' decisions to buy Samsung devices. The variable that reflects the percentage of smartphone purchases that are between 70.7% and 29.3% can be well explained by factors like lifestyle, brand ambassadorship, product quality, and tularity. Total population are 65 employees. </em><em>D</em><em>ata collection have done by questionnaires.
