IJCDE (Indonesian Journal of Community Diversity and Engagement) http://ejurnal.unim.ac.id/index.php/pengabdian <div><strong>IJCDE (Indonesian Journal of Community Diversity and Engagement)</strong> is a biannual refereed journal concerned with the practice and processes of community engagement. The first edition was published in July 2020 and we published twice a year (July and December). This journal provides a forum for academics, practitioners and community representatives to explore issues and reflect on practices relating to the full range of engaged activity. It is a peer-reviewed online journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality research focused on research, implementation, of policy about community engagement. As the name implies, this journal disseminates the issues of community engagement in ASEAN countries regardless of the authors' affiliation. Most of the ASEAN countries share similarities as developing countries, yet it has also a high complexity and a uniqueness in terms of people, region, culture, etc. The issue of community engagement is one of the crucial issues, especially on health, education, and economy. In addition, this journal is supported by the Universita Islam Majapahit (UNIM). This program is part of the Merdeka Campus which involves students from various universities in Indonesia and educational backgrounds to assist the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. which is accredited C and provides opportunities for students to be able to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the lecture class. The Kampus Merdeka Angkatan 1 Program at SDIT Madani Ekselensia aims to help optimize elementary education services during the pandemic. Guidelines for the pursuit of elementary school quality programs through psychosocial assistance programs and strengthening the implementation of elementary school learning modules in 3t and non-3t areas during the covid-19 pandemic period. The activity was carried out at SD Inpres 1, Sorong Regency and PP IPPNU partners in providing assistance. The problems that arise in the implementation of Online Learning (PJJ) are the difficulty of teachers in managing PJJ and being focused on completing the curriculum. As a result of curriculum changes and the compression of learning materials lead the potential of children, especially those in 3T areas of Indonesia lose the chance to learn. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of management control systems in the Asisyiah Savings and Loans Cooperative Malang. The data analysis method used is descriptive. The results showed that the management control structure and management control process at KSP Asisyiah Malang were effective. This is evidenced by the implementation of a control structure which is divided into an organizational structure, a delegation of authority and responsibility, and a responsibility centre that covers all functions within the organizational structure. As well as the control process carried out starting from strategy formulation, budget preparation, implementation and measurement, as well as work evaluation which shows an improvement. Based on the results of the research, the servant can give suggestions that KSP Asisyiah needs to apply a division manager to separate the duties and responsibilities between the management and the manager. The addition of resources will improve performance for the progress of KSP Asisyiah Malang business. In addition to primary, secondary, and tertiary needs, the realization of health is the main key for humans to carry out all activities and ultimately fulfill the three elements of human needs. Policymakers still do not regard health as a primary need and a valuable investment in development. It's time to consider health issues an important factor and a worthwhile investment. Its implementation is based on a new paradigm commonly known as the healthy paradigm, wich health paradigm that prioritizes promotive and preventive efforts without neglecting curative and rehabilitative efforts. Therefore, every community has the right to live in a good and healthy environment. So all citizens of the Republic of Indonesia have the right to access health care services. However, people still assume that medical services are only used if they are sick or have symptoms of illness. The purpose of this community service is to increase and develop public knowledge about the community’s right to health care services. The material was delivered using the lecture method at Dusun Sering Atas. The planned result is to increase public knowledge and awareness of the importance of the community's right to health care services.
