A community service project called Beach Clean Action: Anyone &amp; Everyone is Invited aims to raise environmental awareness and encourage locals and visitors to participate in keeping the beachfront clean. Volunteers, university lecturers, locals, and tourists participated in the event on September 2025 at Kuta Mandalika Beach, Seger Beach, and Tanjung Aan Beach. The implementation method consisted of preparation, beach clean-up action combined with environmental education, and evaluation stages. The results indicate that plastic waste was the most dominant type of debris collected, followed by organic waste. Large community and tourists participation, including international visitors, demonstrates that beach clean-up activities are effective as environmental education tools and in fostering collective responsibility for coastal ecosystem preservation. Fencing is one of the sports that requires development in East Java, especially in the city of Mojokerto. Generally, the performance of fencing in East Java has not yet stood out at the national level, indicating the need for a systematic and sustainable development strategy that begins at the district and city levels. This activity aims to develop and analyze the physical condition of fencing in Mojokerto City as an initial step in the development process. A total of 9 fencing athletes (5 female, 4 male) from Mojokerto City participated in this activity. Physical performance measurements were conducted using several test items, including push-ups, sit-ups, the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT), T-test, sprint test, and stand board jump. The results of the study indicate that the target athletes require increased training focused on endurance/cardiorespiratory fitness, speed, and upper body strength. This activity allows students to develop writing skills, access learning resources interactively, and share knowledge and experiences within the digital community. This activity can increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy and prepare them to face the demands of communication in the digital era. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve writing skills, build a digital community, and increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy. This community service activity consists of several stages: the formation of a work team, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and adjustments and improvements. During the program implementation stage, training activities, preparation of teaching materials, and technical support are carried out as needed to ensure the success of the program. The main problem faced by partners was the limited digital literacy and the lack of promotional and educational media to strengthen entrepreneurial values and character education. The program used training and mentoring methods through workshops, hands-on practice, and continuous assistance in designing and developing e-books. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding and skills in creating digital e-books, as well as an improvement in their ability to integrate local wisdom and character values into digital learning media. The produced output was a functional e-book featuring local UMKM products that can be used as an educational and promotional tool. However, based on the results of initial observations and discussions with the Language Unit of Universitas Negeri Padang as a partner of the activity, it was found that most hospitality students still have difficulty in speaking English in the hospitality context and lack confidence to explore their abilities so that there are few opportunities to work abroad for graduates. Therefore, knowledge, mastery of communicative English communication in the hospitality world, especially in guest service situations such as the check-in and check-out process, handling customer complaints, providing facility information, and conducting professional communication in the hospitality environment are the main needs for hospitality students. With the collaboration of the PKM team of Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat &nbsp;with the Language Unit of Universitas Negeri Padang, a solution to the problems faced by Hospitality students is provided by providing speaking training in the hospitality context using Role-Play Technique. This program was held at SDN Padusan, Pacet, Mojokerto Regency, with the primary goal of fostering aspirations, motivating students to learn, and broadening their horizons to the variety of careers they can pursue. Through the direct experiences of professionals, students were encouraged to imagine a broader and more hopeful future. The implementation method included professional introduction sessions, interactive discussions, stimulating work activities, and joint student reflection. The results of the program demonstrated high student enthusiasm, the emergence of new aspirations, and increased self-confidence in pursuing their dreams. The background to this activity is based on the still low digital entrepreneurship literacy among high school students, particularly in the use of digital media as a means of product marketing and business development. Amid the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing role of social media in economic activity, students are required to possess not only theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurship, but also practical skills relevant to the needs of today's business world.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The main challenges faced by partners include students' limited understanding of basic digital marketing concepts, limited practical experience in digital marketing, low self-confidence in starting a business, and the suboptimal integration of digital-based entrepreneurship learning into school activities. These conditions have the potential to hinder students' readiness to become independent young entrepreneurs who can adapt to changes in the digital business environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The community service program is implemented through a participatory and applied approach, consisting of several stages: outreach and needs identification, digital marketing training, practical mentoring, and activity evaluation. The training materials include an introduction to digital entrepreneurship, social media marketing strategies, digital promotional content creation, marketplace utilization, and the development of simple digital-based business plans. Furthermore, students are directly assisted in practical activities such as creating business social media accounts, designing marketing content, and simulating online product promotions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The results of the activity demonstrated a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in digital marketing. Students were able to generate creative business ideas, develop simple digital marketing strategies, and manage social media as a means of product promotion. Furthermore, the mentoring provided positively increased students' motivation and confidence in entrepreneurship. Students' enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity were indicators of the success of this community service program.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This community service activity makes a real contribution to strengthening digital entrepreneurship within the high school environment.
