A Study of the Journey of Determining the Minimum Wage (UMK) of Mojokerto Regency

Abstract

This paper will conduct a criminological study of the determination of UMK based on KHL, productivity and taking into account economic growth, causing problems, first, there is a "push and pull" between workers and employers in calculating a decent UMK; and second, there are demands for an increase in UMK every year followed by large-scale demonstrations from the district to provincial levels with threats and anarchic actions, so there needs to be a solution for determining the UMK in the future.
