Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Green Human Resource Management terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Green Human Resource Management merupakan pendekatan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mengintegrasikan praktik ramah lingkungan dalam proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Studi ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap karyawan di sektor manufaktur. Analisis regresi dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen Green Human Resource Management dan variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Green Human Resource Management secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui penerapan praktik Green Human Resource Management yang efektif. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin memediasi atau memoderasi hubungan antara Green Human Resource Management dan kinerja karyawan.
