Abstrak

The study on the implementation of the transportation control policy in this study aims to determine the role of human relations
in the Implementation of Public Administration Programs in the Village of Buyang Village, Mariso District, Makassar City. Type
The research is a qualitative research with the type of research is descriptive. The data collection techniques using interviews, observation
and documentation of 7 informants who were determined purposively. The results showed that 1) The application of Human Relations in the form of
synchronization of goals between individuals and organizations is the first step in building communication and relationship patterns that are good and intense in scope
sub-district. And 2) The governance of Kampung Buyang Village is based on the principle of Human Relationship, in its implementation it is quite good
supported by the consistency and synergy built between all stakeholders to jointly build Kampung Buyang and
progress of government development in Kampung Buyang, Mariso District is still limited
