Abstract

Mathematics Olympiad is a fairly prestigious competition in the world of education. With this competition, students are expected to be able to improve their ability to think logically, systematically, analytically, creatively, and innovatively. Based on the results of interviews with the principals of partner schools, namely the Principal of Public Elementary School of  Karangkedawang, Sooko, Mojokerto, the teacher's lack of mastery of the Elementary School Mathematics Olympiad material and the teacher had never received training in solving Elementary School Mathematics Olympiad questions. Based on the existing problems, some of the solutions offered are to provide reinforcement of Elementary School Mathematics Olympiad material so that it can improve academic abilities to prepare students to face the Mathematics Olympiad. The implementation mechanism consists of 3 main stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Evaluation of program implementation is measured by the increase in participants' test results from the pre-test to the post-test. Based on the results of the dedication, it can be concluded that the mastery of the material and the ability to solve math olympiad questions for teachers of Public Elementary School Karangkedawang has increased. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 12.08 and the average post-test score of 88.75. Overall this activity went well and received a positive response from the trainees with a score of 90.75%.
