Abstract

Business strategy has an important role in running an MSME. Because a business strategy is a plan that is prepared precisely to run and develop a business in an increasingly fierce world competition. The purpose of this research is to find out the business strategy undertaken by Jantung Hati Café by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Jantung Hati Café after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research adopted qualitative methods. The data collection method used were interviews and observation. The data is then processed using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The results of the study show that internally, Jantung Hati café has a relatively strong position internally, but only shows an average response to the opportunities and threats it faces. In addition, there are SO, ST, WO, and WT strategy alternatives resulting from the SWOT analysis that can be adopted by the Jantung Hati café.
